Hello, I have calculated my own compound symbol that is based on the delta of several securities. This has all been done to python and I have saved this data as a text file containing OHLC in csv format as per your "Text/CSV Data Format" guidance. When I try to import this new symbol into Sierra I got two types of errors. 1) The symbol did not exist in the custom symbol list - so I added it but this made no difference. 2) Historical data cannot be downloaded as exchange is not recognised. Obviously, the symbol is a composite I made myself and there is no exchange. How do I get Sierra to chart this local symbol I have created? |

Follow these instructions to import a file: Exporting and Importing Intraday Data Files: Import and Load In particular, note that you have to be disconnected from the Data/Trade service (Step #1). For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
