I recently renewed a 6 month service package yesterday. Today I receive message regarding data feed inactive. There is a ten minute delay. What is cause?

You did not have enough funds in your account on May 1, 2024 to cover the cost of the renewal of the exchange you had active. Therefore the exchange was cancelled and you were notified of this. We see that you have re-activated the exchange at this point, so you should be fine now.
