I paid for Denali data feed for a month on April 24th 2024.

On April 30th I received an email saying "Denali Data Feed Exchange(s) have been canceled on your account due to Insufficient account balance for renewal."

If I just paid for a whole month less than a week ago then why do I need to pay again?

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So when you activated (and paid for) the exchange on April 24, 2024 you were paying for the data for the remainder of the month of April. Then on May 1, 2024 you need to pay again in order to get the data for the month of May.

On the exchange activation pages there is a note for every exchange that states the following: "Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable."
