This is not something we are able to help with. Also we do not fully understand what you are trying to show and in any case, it is not something we can help with. There is a reason why you see what you see, and it has to do with how the Windows operating system is designed. Nothing we can do. This is why there was no answer previously.

hmmmmm i think i got the problem ... just for the record Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System > advanced system settings > advanced > performance > visual effect uncheck animate windows when minimizing and maximizing

OK, this is good. You also need to understand, that when a chart window is hidden and it is maximized, it needs to be restored into its normal state before it is hidden. Otherwise, it creates problems . All of this just has to do with how the Windows operating system is designed. We have little control over these kinds of things.
