Hello, Why does my Chart not show the last weekend although I enabled the load all weekend data setting? Otherwise the Moving Averages etc. are wrong. I hope you can help me with this. |

Looks like Sunday evening and Monday morning data is missing assuming you are looking at the US Eastern time zone. Not sure what is the time zone of the chart? In any case follow the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I am using the NY Time Zone because I trade the NQ and ES. I followed the instructions and managed to get the Sunday evening and Monday morning data on the chart. Is there a reason why Saturday is not showing? And how can I just get all the data of the whole weekend so in the end I just have all the data of every day of the week? |

There is no trading on Saturday. If there is a historical data download failure for some reason, that would be the reason why there is missing data. In this case just follow through the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
