I cannot activate trial. I get this message "Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to Sierra Chart account using different SMS numbers. Further tries not allowed."} Although I never received any sms. I need more trial time, because I am learning until I will be ready to purchase any packaged. Please support staff activate/extend my trial as long as possible. Thank you in advance. |

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.
