Sierra Chart with Denali and TopStep combine

Hi, I have Sierra Chart with Delani exzchange package 12. I want to connect to TopStep for a combine and I've followed the instructions below: When you start to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with Rithmic, then select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Clear and remove the Market Data Username and Password and the Historical Data Username and Password from the Rithmic settings. Press OK. However, when I do that I lost connection to the Delani exchange data fee no movement on my DOM and no [M] either. Is it no possible to send trade orders through Rithmic to TopStep and maintain the Denali data feed from Sierra Chart? Thank you |

Check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". It sounds like this is set to "No". Change this to "Yes" and then select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, then select "File >> Reconnect". After this, you will be getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed while connected to Rithmic for trading. If you continue to have an issue after going through the above (or if the setting is already set to "Yes") then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
