I selected an account from Available account list and clicked on Add option below multiple times. No luck. Any ideas what am I doing incorrectly? |

The only reason this would occur is because you are trying to add the account that is already selected in the Trade Window. You can not copy orders from the account to itself. Either select a different account in the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" window, or change the trade account that is selected in the Trade Window. Refer to the following for how to do the latter: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok. Looks like what I need is a way to add multiple accounts to the available accounts list.

If this is for Simulation Mode, then refer to the following setting: Global Trade Settings Windows: Number of Simulation Accounts (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) If this is a live trading account, then only accounts that are under the same login will be available. Refer to the information at the following link: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Introduction For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I was able to set it up correctly. However, I don't see orders being copied. There are two issues I wanted to report. I went from eval (APEX-XXXX-#06) to funded. SC shows the funded (PA-APEX-XXXX) account and one another eval (name APEX-XXXX-#07) account in the "Available accounts". However, in the "Allocation Accounts", it shows the old eval account and the another 2nd issue is, after setting "Order allocation to trade accounts enabled" to Yes, I saved the chart and closed SC. After re-opening it, when I checked, it reset back to No. |

I went from eval (APEX-XXXX-#06) to funded. SC shows the funded (PA-APEX-XXXX) account and one
another eval (name APEX-XXXX-#07) account in the "Available accounts". However, in the "Allocation Accounts", it shows the old eval account and the another Whatever accounts you had entered previously are going to continue to show in the list. You would have to remove these. 2nd issue is, after setting "Order allocation to trade accounts enabled" to Yes, I saved
the chart and closed SC. After re-opening it, when I checked, it reset back to No. Refer to the following setting: Global Trade Settings Windows: Disable Order Allocation To Trade Accounts on Chartbook Opening (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
