I receive a signal when the delta surpasses 200 at a specific price level, utilizing the Volume At Price Threshold study, as depicted in the attached screenshot. However, this study exclusively generates alerts upon bar closure. How can I receive the signal in real-time, before the bar concludes?

This is not true. The study will give an alert as soon as the volume at the price level goes above the configured amount. Are you not seeing the markers show on the bar as the condition is met? How are you coming to the conclusion that the alert is only generated on bar closed? That is correct. The extension lines are not drawn until the bar is closed as the options for how the extension lines are drawn depend on having the full information for the bar before they can be drawn.
