Chart Displayed P/L values different than Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window P/L

I traded live for the first time today and noticed for the 2 trades I took, the attached Trade window (and the live chart as well), displayed a total profit of $5.10 However, when I checked the Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window, the Daily Profit was $48.32. Although this trade worked out in my favor, I am concerned that more money is being risked than the amount that's shown onscreen and than the amount I chose. Also, for trades that do not work in my favor there is great concern for increased potential losses since the amount displayed while trading is much less than the actual dollar amount. How can this be fixed? -- I have already checked "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick" and make sure it is set to "1"--This is already set to "1" so doesn't appear to be the issue.
