IB not showing all accounts AFTER recent sierra chart current version install

I was showing multiple accounts in the "Trade Account Monitor/Balance window" prior to upgrading to the latest version of Sierra Chart. Now I only show 1 account. They both still show in the chart trade dropdown menu. No settings to IB have been changed, just the download to the latest version of SC.

Are there any settings I should check to see why certain accounts are not visible in the " Trade Account Monitor/Balance" window? I searched the support board, one user who had the same issue stated the issue was resolved, but did not state how it got resolved.

Would appreciate any help you can provide.

We can only say that Interactive Brokers provides account updates only for a single account:
