I've followed these two articles to be able to use SC w/ Bulenox and I can connect using Ritmic Trader Pro with my Bulenox account and also have successfully connected using APEX accounts but for some reason unable to connect using Bulenox accounts. The only information we can reference is the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure It looks like you are getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. As such, you can also try to set the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" Username/Password fields on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" page to be blank. Figured it out...it was my fault for using Bulenox as the server. Using Rithmic Paper Trading - Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated for the server fixed it for me.
