Color Bar On Alert Condition is True, Displayed on Chart, Zero in Spreadsheet

In I have a CBOAC that is displaying true on my chart. The corresponding column for this study in the spreadsheet system for trading sometimes shows zero for the same bar. What might be causing this? |

Please get us a Chartbook with the chart that has the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition on it. We do not think we need the Spreadsheet, just the chart.
