I'm on 12 - Integrated Advanced MBO subscription and I'm looking to access data from NYMEX for Cocoa, Coffee, Cotton etc. I see the symbols in the list CJ , KT and TT but my screen remain black. I've got only 35 kb of downloaded data. Could you please geve me a hand?
