Get all history of trades on new Sierra Charts installation

I had a system crash, all local data is lost, I have a new clean installation of Sierra Charts. I need to get history of all my trades - and topic is extremely urgent. So far I have tried: 1. Trade -> Refresh Trade Data from the Service - no reusults, Trade Activity Log still empty 2. I have contacted Edge Clear directly, as I have created account through them - they suggested to contact Sierra Charts in that case. (I use Teton service) |

Are you sure you cannot recover files on the existing storage drive on the crashed system.? For performance reasons the Teton system only makes available the last 21 days or so of order fills. Pretty terrible news :( Nope, the hard drive is fried and lost - that's the main reason I need all trades from 2023.01.01 - till 2024.01.01 - its like a must to prepare a tax declaration at my local office for 2023 but I need also transactions from this year, for a next year calculation truly saying: I almost can't believe that it is so hard to get the history :( I have 8 different brokers, where by each I just login to online portal, select the dates and get a full transaction history export This data must be somewhere - right?
