Good day, I am trying to install SierraChart on a new PC, but it isn't working. I got a "Failed to open file: C:\" and "Error Saving Downloaded files to system" error when running the SierraChart installer. I sent a log to support. Thank you |

We did not receive the log for some reason, but it does not matter. From what you are stating, the issue is that you do not have permission to install Sierra Chart in the location you are trying to install it. Please either install to a location where you do have permission, or make sure you have Administrator privileges to install where you want.
