Rejected Orders in the 50K Topstep trading challenge

Hello, I tried the 50K Topstep Challenge and had no problems with sierra chart. But suddenly the orders were rejected on sierra chart, then I reseted my 50K Topstep account but I had still the same problem. "Trading Locked" is not activated. What could be the reason for the rejected orders? |

You need to look in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and what it states about any order rejections. You can post the contents to this thread for us to review if you like. I have problem also with my orders. Im using TopStep trading combine account. Error message i get is: 2024-08-12 11:18:56.340 | Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order reject). This error is from Rithmic. You need to ask TopStep about this error. It states that you are not enabled to be able to trade the exchange (which would make no sense), but it might be referring to this particular symbol (maybe you are not setup to trade the NQ). No i havent solved problem yet. Send msg to TopStep and rithmic support but no reply and its been 2 days already. Once problem is solved ill post here.

TopStep was the problem here. I waited like a week for my ticket to get replied. They fixed the problem and new accounts i bought worked right away.

Hey Sorry to bring this up again, but ive been having this issue with the trading pit. Did you purchase market data from Topstep or are you just using denali? Because The trading pit is saying I have to buy data from rithmic through them in order to place my trades, even though my charts are up to date and working with denali
