Can I ask you how I can remove the order entry from dom on the left side from the image attached.

Select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" (You are turning off the option that has it attached by removing the checkmark next to that item). The Trade Window will now "pop out" of the Trading DOM. You can then close the Trade Window, if you do not want it at all, by selecting the x in the upper right corner.
