Issues with market data delay and trades being submitted

I have run into an issue with a delay in me receiving data through my Rithmic data feed and entering trades. I was watching a group stream and noticed that the prices that were showing up on stream were about a second and a half faster than what I was seeing locally. To add to the issue, when I would try to perform a market buy, the price where the trade was entered was different than where I clicked to buy. On top of that, the price has been outside of the bracket that I have set up. In the past, if price was moving quickly, it would hit the stop loss and exit the trade. This is the first time I have encountered a situation where the price I entered at is different than the price I tried to purchase at and also have the price sit outside of bracket. I have already contacted Apex and have been told that this is not an issue on their end.

We have had several reports of issues with Rithmic data today. There is nothing we can do about this, it is a Rithmic issue. Refer to our policy here:
