Hi guys, I have subscribed to the Denali datafeed from the Web UI, completed the agreements etc. and have enable the NASDAQ TotalView data. I am also connected to IB [trading] in my service settings. Question is how can I get my data from Denali and execute my trades with IB. Currently when I disconnect my IB gateway, may data also stops, even though I'm paying for Denali. With regards to the Denali Data with a trading service, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services Currently when I disconnect my IB gateway, may data also stops, even though I'm paying for Denali. This is correct. When you do not have a connection to the defined trading service, you will not get the data. You need to have both functioning together. An alternative for when you are not connected to Interactive Brokers, but you still want the data, is to change your "Data/Trade Service Settings" such that the "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". You will then be able to get the data while not connected to Interactive Brokers. Just keep in mind the symbols are different, so you need to update the symbols for the chart, either by selecting Yes when prompted when changing services, or by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Another option, and what we recommend if you are constantly disconnecting from IB for whatever reason, is to install a second Sierra Chart that has the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data - All Services". This installation will always be getting the data since it has no dependency on IB.
