To elaborate further, when I extend a rectangle containing a fill color, it will show normally on all charts just as one would expect. Although when I click 'Cut Drawing', the fill color disappears and only the rectangles outline remains. More specifically, the fill color only goes away on my footprint charts within the chartbook. On the candlestick and TPO chart within this chartbook, the fill color remains regardless of whether it's cut or fully extended. I can share a quick screen recording to show what I mean. For what it's worth: the footprint chart is on the left and candlestick chart is on the right. https://streamable.com/rvpap4 |

Which one of the charts is the original chart and which is copying the drawing? We are not able to reproduce this with either a single chart or a copied chart.

The TPO chart would be the original chart. I draw the rectangles on the TPO and I have my footprint(s) and candlestick charts set to copy from it. I've redrawn the rectangle on the TPO and tried to check if it made a difference whether I clicked 'Cut Drawing Here' on the TPO, or another chart, but there was no difference/result was the same.

We are unable to reproduce this. Please get us a chart (or charts, if necessary) that shows this issue by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Sure, I've attached it below and removed all studies as per the instructions (except for removing the basic TPO and number bars which I'd assume are relevant). Something worth noting since my last post is that upon duplicating to a new chartbook, the process I was having problems with seems to work just fine within a duplicated chartbook. I couldn't reproduce it within there. Perhaps duplicating everything over to a 'fresh' chartbook file could be my solution for now. Alternatively, if the original chartbook as-is is needed (with or without its extra studies that I use), I could provide it if necessary. Thank you for your help |

We are able to reproduce the problem with your charts, but we do not know why it is occurring. We need to spend some time looking into it. In the meantime, if you have the solution of duplicating the charts and working from there, then go ahead and do so. We will try to figure out what occurred to ensure it does not occur again.
