Hi, What is the difference between Version 12 and 5? I have version 12 and it seems no difference, because S&P 500 and Nasdaq and also WTI crude oil are not live data, they are 10 minutes delay data. Thanks |

Package 12 is the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package. Being one of the "Integrated" packages this allows you to connect to data and trading services. This allows you to get real-time data and trade with your broker. As the Advanced package, you also have access to the Numbers Bars, TPO, and a few other items that are not available in the "Standard" packages. And finally, the MBO option allows you to view the Market by Order data in your DOM. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Sierra Chart with Advanced Features and Market by Order (Service Package 12) Package 5 is the "Base Advanced" package. Being one of the "Base" packages means that you can not connect to data and trading services. Therefore, you can not get real-time data or trade with your broker. As the Advanced package, you do have access to the Numbers Bars, TPO, and a few other items that are not available in the "Standard" package. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Base Sierra Chart with Advanced Features (Service Package 5) You are not getting any real-time data because you have not setup our Denali Exchange Data Feed for any real-time data, and/or you are not connected to an external data service. Note that since you are wanting real-time data for the CME Group, you need to understand the requirement from the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. You also need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have an account that qualifies for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Once you have the above worked out, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
