Hi I also have an Apex account Rithmic which when I connect to Sierra; removes my Denali connection and leave me with no data. I have a live account with AMP[teton routing] and denali data feed working fine on my account before. CME data is enabled and working In data trade service settings: Rithmic username and password are correct [under 31 letters] Market + historical data username and password: I have left empty as in documentation Allow support to Sierra chart data feeds= Yes And still it doesn't connect to Denali feed. If I open a chartbook "[M]" is missing instead it's something like [CBV-D] Message Log : Rithmic Direct DTC server connection complete There is some issue with connecting with Denali which I can't figure out Have tried updating symbol from server edit: translate symbols and everything; Keeps on saying downloading continuous contracts; which never download still doesn't work If I go back to my AMP account in trade service settings the data feed will start working fine. So why not with Rithmic account?? Please help Thanks |

From what you are stating it sounds like you are not giving the system enough time to download the data. Keep in mind that for each service the symbols are different, therefore the data has to be downloaded for each symbol. And, since you are using a Continuous Futures Contract, the amount of data you are trying to download could be large. Start with a single chart when you are connected to your APEX account and see if you can get the data properly. If so, then it really sounds like you just need to give the download enough time, and it could take awhile depending on how much data you are requesting. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi I did try that with just one chart for the E-mini ES Futures It did not load the continuous contracts. I think the error was like continuous contract not available or something but don't quote me on that. If you'd like I can try that again and send you the message log. I left it alone and after it finished downloading only the current contract was in there. As for enough time I left it for alone for a long time both the single chart and before that when I was trying the entire chartbook. Got all kinds of things like historical download skipped; etc |

Yes, please open a chart for just the ES an get us the Message Log. Follow these instructions for this: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
