Not recieving GC and CL data on DOM + Charts

Hello, I am not recieving CL and GC data. Charts are not getting updated and DOM only one shows line on bid and ask. I have CME realtime data and have Rithmic active. Please advise. Thanks |

You have only the following exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts This is just the CME exchange, not the Full CME Group, which is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT. CL is traded on NYMEX and GC is traded on COMEX. Since you do not have these other exchanges active with us, that data would be coming from Rithmic at this time. You can make changes to your exchange options for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So you will pay the full amount for the current month for an new exchanges that you activate and pay again on the first of next month for that month. Also, the exchanges do not give refunds, so any exchange that you "Deactivate" is only set to not renew for the following month. You will still have access to that data through the remainder of the current month.
