Hi SC engineers, After the UB price scaling issue is fixed, the original FP price gap issue is still there. The scaling is 0.3125 which is correct but the gap issue still exists. How'd it be fixed? Thanks. |

It looks like you have a "Volume at Price Multiplier" for that chart set to 2. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
