I just signed up last week, I currently have a trial. I'm trading prop accounts with APEX.

In global settings >>, I set current selected service to Rithmic Direct- DTC
Sierra v2627
I changed server list to apex-chicago area-non aggregated.

I'm looking at NQM4.CME , I have the dom up and it looks like just the bid and ask are being displayed.

I came across a forum post that said to try this;
Disable the option for Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other >> Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics. We have a problem with this in recent versions that we are fixing, and we think this may be what you are seeing.

I tried this, it didnt work.


I read elsewhere that I may not be receiving the DOM data.
Is there some setting I need to change, or another type of subscription I need to pay for, or some other control pannel setting?

We do see that you are setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed and that you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts" activated (along with the "Full CME Group").

But the reason you are not getting the Market Depth data is that you have not connected to your "live, funded, futures trading account" yet. You need to do this to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. Refer to the following:

Also, you have not entered the proper information for the Exchange Agreements, as you have not filled out a Uniform Subscriber Agreement that lists a "Clearing Firm" and your "Account Number". This will be the same account to which you will connect your Sierra Chart software in order to verify your "Non-Professional" standing for the CME Group.

Also, just so you are aware, because of the above, you are not getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but rather you are getting the data from Rithmic. Therefore, the fact that you are not getting the Market Depth from them would be due to the setup you have with them.
