Greetings,

I just reactivated my services/denali data and my Numbers Bars study is showing all zeroes for bid/ask on a 1 minute ES-202406-CME chart for dates past April 1, 2024. What's odd is that I can pull up a current NQ chart and display bid/ask data just fine. What is going on?

Make sure you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed by checking the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". This should be set to "Yes". If it is not, then this is the problem, as you are not setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and the data source you are getting the data from does not have historical bid/ask data.

If you change the above setting, then after you select OK to close that window, you will need to then select "File >> Reconnect".

After you check the above, then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" for that chart. If this is a Continuous Futures Contract Chart, then you will need to select all the contracts in the list that comes up. This will remove the data and redownload it. You only need to do this once per symbol, not per chart.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
