Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. As a new user, I'm thrilled by the vast array of features that Sierra Chart offers. However, I've encountered some limitations regarding data plotting and visualization for my analysis. To overcome this, I'm interested in exploring the possibility of streaming both historical and live data directly to my trading application. Could you please inform me if Sierra Chart supports real-time data streaming capabilities, such as through websockets, and direct me to the relevant documentation or resources? Additionally, I have a specific need for downloading historical intraday data with very fine granularity (e.g., tick data) spanning the past 5 years. Could you provide information on: The extent of historical data available through Sierra Chart. Any limitations that apply to downloading this data. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to making the most out of Sierra Chart's offerings for my trading analysis. Best regards |

You can not access the Sierra Chart data directly. You can only get it into Sierra Chart and then work with it from there. For the amount of historical data we have available refer to the following: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: What is Included For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
