Problem with data I suppose..

I didn't change anything I believe..

But now when i download a symbol contract, there are a lot of empty spaces. Blank spaces, for example 3 minutes of "no candle" in a 1 minute chart or even a 15 or 20 minute chart. Like skipped data or something like that.

I try to delete/download etc, but nothing changes.

We do not know how that chart is configured two look like that.

We recommend closing those charts and opening a completely new chart.

And then re-download the data:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

I already did that. I even re-update sierra chart.

Opened a new fresh chart, etc. I Update the symbol too because last time was too far ago.

What you don't understand about being configured like that? Is an OLHC chart.

It is not a Continuos Future Contract.

I just Find Symbol---> Select Instrument---> Select June contract. That's it. Evening Session "yes". New York Time.

Therefore, it must be a color settings issue. Some of the price bars are the same as the background color. Check the color settings:
