Hello, appreciate your assistance. I'm on package 11 but only subscribed with CME live data for my personal account with AMP. I have an on-going evaluation with Topstep and using the Rhitmic connection, I understand all instruments are allowed. I tried to load YM, CL and GC, but its coming up as empty intraday chart. ES and NQ are ok. Is this becuase I only have CME live data in my personal account? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-04-08 13:35:58

Yes and No. The problem is that you only have the "CME Top-of-Book" exchange active with us, AND you do not have any of the Data fields in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" filled out in order to get any data from Rithmic. Therefore, you are limited to the data that you have setup with us. If you want to get data from Rithmic for any other exchange for which you are not setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to enter your information in the fields in the Data/Trade Service Settings. The other option is to activate another exchange option for our Denali Exchange Data Feed that includes the other instruments that you are wanting. This is our recommended solution. You can change your exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind the exchanges are not pro-rated and they do not give refunds. Therefore any exchange that you activate today (April 4, 2024) will cost you the full price for the remainder of the month. And any exchange that you "Deactivate" today is only being set to not renew on the first day of next month, you will still get the data for any deactivated exchange through the end of this month.
