Hello I have 3 APEX trading accounts that are currently on trial. I wanted to ask- 1. How do I change the user in the software to another user with whom I want to trade 2. How can you connect several users together, so that the buy and sell commands will apply to all of them and another question- 3. Can you send me by email all the payment receipts for the payments I have made so far in purchasing the software? |

1. To change the trading account that you are using for any particular chart, refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Note that only the accounts that are available with the connected service that is defined in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" will be available to be selected. If you have multiple accounts, each with its own login information, then you would need to use multiple installations of Sierra Chart, where each installation is connected to a different trading account. Refer to the following: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart 2. If the accounts are all available under a single login (as noted above), then we have our "Order Allocation to Trading Accounts" feature that does this. Refer to the following: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts If the accounts are with different logins, then we do not have a solution for this. But, we do know there is a third party that has a tool that can do this. You would need to search the Internet for it, or you can search this Support Board, as we know it has been referenced here before. 3.
