I don't seem to be able to save different configurations with the Chart Calculator Tool. I have a friend who also uses Sierra Charting and he says he has the same problem. I can't say for sure exactly when it started but I believe it was the build where you first changed the configuration menu. It's not a big thing but thought I'd point it out now while I had the time.

We are not able to reproduce any issue with the Chart Calculator configurations in the recent releases. Please be sure you are on the most recent release (v 2626) as this may have been something that was already fixed. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update The other thing we want to point out is that if you are changing the configuration from the Settings page, where you have the shortcuts at the bottom, then you need to be sure to save the configuration after making a change (either select "Apply All" or change to the "Config" page and select the "Save" button). When you select one of the config shortcut keys, it just loads that configuration. You need to specifically save any changes made from that point forward.
