its a 2000 volume chart that is frozen, my five minute candlestick chart is working and my 2000 tick chart is working and the dom is working, the symbol is MNQM24-CME, I have another chartbook, I opened it and the 2000 volume chart does not work in it either, but the others do, can you help me please, thank you

Is the price showing in the 2000 volume chart correct in relation to the other charts, or is the Price not changing at all? Can you give us an image showing at least two charts where one is the 2000 volume so we can see the price ladder and the prices of the two charts.
