SC opens up, start loading charts and calculating then shuts down

Hi Support, as per the tile, I open SC this morning, it opens the application, charts reload and start calculating, and it sueendly stops and crashes down/closes down. I am on 2610. Thank for the help Dom |

Apologies but I don't know what topic 17 means. The links sends me to something about advanced customed studies, not sure what I need to do, where to look etc. It was working fine yesterday and has done so for months, and suddenly shuts down, no idea why ..Thanks for clarifying the help please..
