DOM & MBO desn't work on some supported symbols.

The MBO and Recent bid data doesn't show on DOM for most symbols. It does show for ES only and not for ZN, Zb, CL or others. I have read the support tickets here and tried followings and still doesn't work! -SC data enabled. -Reconnecting after every change in settings. -Translated symbols to current services. -Updated symbols from server. -Tried to change the symbol of working Dom as well.(ES to CL).-Still only works on ES. -enabled/disabled and Removed the file of custom symbols settings. -Installed fresh SC. -Tried change, clear and tweak little bits and all sets. Still can't make it work. Can you help please? |

***Update I have created new chart book and DOM and the MBO started working on new chart book only. However, The problem is, How can i rely on this if every-often it stops working/gets corrupted and i have to recreate all settings again and again for various symbols? By now, i have already recreated it few times and not sure how can i make it working for longer period without getting into this issue repeatedly ? Please advise me with this issue? |

***Update 2 I have opened-up new Dom with MBO enebladed on exciting chart-book and the main exciting DOM started showing the MBO as well. However, when i close the newer DOM that i just created, the MBO and recent bid/ask on main dom get disappeared again!! SO, I always have to keep a second new DOM opened-up to make the MBO work on the main DOM. It seems like a bug. Can we resolve this issue? |

Are you using sub-instances at all? Please get us the chartbook that is not working properly as we are curious if we can reproduce the problem you are seeing.
