I was using the trade activity log to download my trades and import them to tradersync and everything was working fine until 15 March. Since that date the trades do not want to download from Sierra. When I follow the download process it does not pull the trades into the export file. Its just all blank, no trades. As I said it was working fine until 15 March. Yes I am on the latest version of Sierra 2624 |

Do you see them visibly listed in the Trade >> Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity tab?

If you have trades and the "Trade Activity Log" is blank, then you need to adjust the filters for Trade Activity Log so that you can view the trades that you made. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity With regards to the export, if the Trade Activity Log is blank, then there is nothing to export, which would explain why that was not working. All seemed correct as per your attachment but I went through all the points and re-entered things step by step and now it seems to be working. Thank you |
