I have updated Sierra Chart to version 2625 but when I try to connect, a message appears: "Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.CLEK24. ID:1." So far, I have been using package #10 connecting via CQG, AMP account.
I have already:
- tried forced login
- made sure I have money
What should I do?

We apologize for the delay on this.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".
