Hello, I am trying to use to emergency activation link but it is saying that Your account is not expired, therefore the Emergency Account Activation feature is not available. but my denali subscription was deactivated today, but it still wont let me use it. any help would be greatly appreciated |

The Emergency Account Activation is only for your package. For this, you have 23 days remaining, which is why you can not use this option. The exchange that you had activated did not renew today (April 1, 2024) since you did not have enough funds in your account to cover the cost. There is no "Emergency Activation" option for the exchanges, as these fees go to the exchanges themselves and they do not offer such an item. Therefore, to activate the exchange, you need to add the appropriate funds and then you can re-activate it. You have used your limit of Emergency Activation options, which is why you can not use it any further. We have given you 5 free days of Usage Time. But this is the only time that we can do this. User717569: You already used the "Emergency Account Activation" on December 8, 2025. As such, you can not use it again until you have another paid package setup. When you do have another paid package setup, the current Emergency Account Activation days are removed from your account (i.e. 5 days are removed). Then it is possible to do the Emergency Account Activation again, although we certainly hope you would not need to do so.
