Hello Sierra Chart Support Team, I'm encountering an issue while attempting to access historical data in Sierra Chart. Specifically, I'm interested in the 10-minute ES data and need access to at least 3 years' worth of it to create a composite chart. However, despite adjusting settings such as "Days To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type," I'm unable to retrieve data beyond March 22, 2023. Could you please provide guidance on how to access historical data dating back further than this date? I currently have Package 5 (Generic Data) and have tried various adjustments to settings without success. Thank you for your assistance. |
