Hi - I've upgraded to Service 12, but I can't access Bid/Ask Market Order Data.

The main thing we want to point out is that the only exchange that you have active that includes Market Depth is the "CME E-Mini for Professionals", so you will only have Market Depth (and also MBO information) for those symbols that are part of the CME E-Mini.

If you are using a symbol for the CME E-Mini and still having an issue with the MBO data, then make sure you have gone through the Setup Instructions at the following link:
