As shown in the attached picture ,when future price bars intersect the extended lines, the lines do not "disappear" https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=171119325383.png |

The study definitely works correctly, we just added it to the same symbol you are using (AAPL-NQTV) and do not see any issue. We can not tell what is occurring from the image you provided, as we do not know what the yellow and pinkish/purplish lines are. We would really need to see an image with nothing but the bars and one instance of the study on it. And we need to see some separation between the bars so we can see where the lines between the bars. To clarify, what the study is extending are volume POC's from a weekly "Volume value area Lines" study. In the first attached picture you will see many of these extended lines , deriving from weekly value areas going back to the beginning of the year. I have used some arrows to highlight a few of the lines that should have ceased extending (when price intersected them). https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1711297104275.png Another screenshot with just the original study: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1711297169627.png Finally a screenshot with "separation" (which I understand to mean increased bar spacing): https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1711297497480.png |

If the study is not working as expected, it is because it is being used for something which it was not designed. Looks like you are basing the study on another study. It was not programmed to support that. We recommend creating your own custom study to do what you need. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
