I think I've searched through every setting to find this but I can not find the Text Color for the Load Chartbook on startup select window. Currently its black on black and I can't see my Chartbooks. Could this possibly be a windows color issue? Thanks.

The setting for the background of that window is controlled by the Graphics Setting for "General Text Window Background Color". There is also the "General Text Window Text Color", if you prefer to change that instead.
