Hi!

I signed up Sierra Chart today and I'm on trial.
I activated Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts $5.5.
I want to trade with Rithmic and Apex Evaluation Account that I have with Sierra Realtime data.

Currently, I am not getting real time data. I am not able to connect to Rithmic.
I am not able to get NQ symbol.

What kind of package do I still need to sign up?

I searched solutions in this board but I can't find the answer.

Please help.

While on a trial you are not able to connect to an external trading/data service. This includes getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do these things, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following:

Follow the instructions to change to one of these packages:

In order to connect to Rithmic, for your Apex account, follow the instructions at the following link:

Note that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account - prop firm accounts do not count towards this requirement. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month. Refer to the following for more information:

If you do not have an account that qualifies for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

If you will not stay connected to this trading account, then you will need to make sure you connect at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:

I have paid $46 for Package 11. But I'm still not able to get Live NQ data.
I cannot see anything in the Server (List) of Data/Trade Service Settings under Global Settings.
I cannot figure out what's missing.

Please advise.

You need to redo your Exchange Agreements, as you did not enter your Clearing Firm or Account Number in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. You can access the agreements here:

Also, you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. You need to do this in order to be able to get the real-time data. Refer to the information in post #2.

I have resubmitted Uniform Subscriber Agreement and CME Non-Professional Certification. Status is still blank.
The day is almost gone. I still cannot trade. It seems it takes too long to get this process complete.

No, you can not. Refer to what we wrote in Post #2 above.

And we see that the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" are still blank in your "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". We can not approve these as a Non-Professional without this information. Again, refer to Post #2.
