During premarket, what parameter makes current price keep updating on the right side scale

Following Interactive Brokers' recent change to its symbols, I changed my global symbol settings so "trade and current quote symbol" is now ???-STK-SMART-USD, or for a few exceptions the even fuller format: ???-STK-SMART/NYSE-USD which avoids any confusion. The main Sierra Chart symbol remains ???_MBO in all cases. That's great.

I have three monitors. My only instance of Sierra Chart launches on the central screen. I have detached a few charts, moved them so they appear on my left and right screens. My right screen is a watchlist: during premarket hours, prices on the right side scale kept updating before I made this recent change to global symbol settings. Now, they don't. I either have to activate Chart >> Use Evening/Full session (since I'm looking for gaps, I want to keep this off most of the time) or wait for markets to open at 9:30. Otherwise, the price on the right side scale stays stuck where it closed yesterday.

I want it to keep moving up or down, depending on where it currently is if I'm looking at it at 9 am, for example.

If I create a NEW chart, what I'm looking for happens naturally. I don't need to make any change to any setting.
However, I've already got quite a lot of charts on my watchlist and they're all personalized, to a point where it would take me tens of hours to rebuild them in every detail.

Going to Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol Settings doesn't solve it.

Do you know what exact setting makes the current price keep updating during premarket, without "Use Evening/Full session" activated?

There is no setting for this:

Do you know what exact setting makes the current price keep updating during premarket, without "Use Evening/Full session" activated?

This is just how it works.

Yes. It's the only natural answer possible. Looking at it from a different perspective, I found the hiccup somewhere else in my chart settings.

The only nuance I had between charts was:

- Charts on which the current price keeps moving during premarket hours have "Use as trade only symbol" set to YES in Chart Settings >> Symbol
- Charts that stayed stuck at yesterday's closure price had "Use as trade only symbol" set to NO.

This didn't use to make any difference with regards to how the current price evolves outside regular hours, but since I've moved to -STK-SMART-USD "trade and current quote symbols" everywhere instead of plain symbols, this setting must be set to YES. In hindsight, it's perfect and more logical this way.

Thank you.
