I am trying to use my TOS account connection to provide live data for Sierra. I have followed all the directions; however, the window reads 'Not Connected'. When I check the message log it says 'your current service package does not support this function'. I selected service package 3; does this not support using TOS as my data provider?

You need to restart Sierra Chart after the payment for package 3. Do you know if TOS provides tick by tick data and historical data through this connection?

On the TD Ameritrade connection that Sierra Chart supports, there is no futures data. Did you need futures or stock data? Is it possible to use the SC Data Feed to get futures data and have futures orders filled at TDA using a single instance of SC?
