Hi, im testing the real-time binance BTCUSDT perp futures data on sc, but it is always different from that on binance website, also, the tick size on sc is 0.1, on binance website, it is 0.01. So, is there a problem about sc crypto data servise?

The Tick size for a chart is set in the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Tick Size". You can change it there. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

It looks like the data feed from Binance does not include the information for the Tick Size, so the option for "Auto-Set from Data Feed" will not have an impact on this, which is also why it is not changing to what Binance has for it.

What is different about the data that you are seeing?

Like for BTCUSDT, binance shows price 65551.24, on sc, at the same time, its 65589.1. A big difference. is the data feed sc used reliable? You can check it too on binance website. its always different.

There are two reasons why there can be a difference.

One reason, is you are actually looking at a different Symbol as compared to the Binance website. Tell us the exact symbol in Sierra Chart you are looking at.

Another reason is the data is delayed. But we observe no delay. You can tell by looking at the timestamps in the Time and Sales window:

Hi, please check the screenshot in attachment, I'm sure I was looking as the same perp futures contract, the prices are different. Also, I wonder is the real-time binance data feed on sc a low-latency data service? Is it possible I use algo to read the crypto market data from sc then send order to trade crypto outside of sc with my own program?

Do you consistently notice a price difference? Are you noticing any delay by looking at the timestamps in the Time and Sales and comparing to the actual current time.

There still might be a difference of symbol because Binance has lots of symbols on different sub exchanges that are actually the same symbol but there is a difference between them.

Potentially the Binance data could lag about one second but that would be typically all it would be. It is not super low latency. But could be delayed about one second.
