Hi SC support, Currently I'm using IB as my data feed.When I try to scan the symbol, it told me I have exceed the limitation. So why I still have data limitation? I have used IB as data feed not SC historical data feed. Thanks |

Are you scanning Historical Daily charts? Because what will happen is the historical daily data requests are mapped to the Sierra Chart Historical Data service. Hi SC support, Yes. Historical daily chart and stock symbols. But I think this symbol could be identify by IB. Like the symbol for Facebook, symbol as FB. This could be identified by both IB and SC historical data service. Is there any setting I'm doing wrong? |

You need to format the stock symbols like this: FB-STK-SMART To cause the historical Daily download requests to go to Interactive Brokers instead of the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. What do you mean by this?There is nothing to wait for.
