Hello Support, yet another Rithmic logon error.

And now NO connection to Teton & AMP

2024-03-16 22:56:15.748 | Teton CME Order Routing | Logon error received from server: Connection not allowed while connection to external service not present


The exact same logon credentials are working on my Desktop.

Not working on my laptop. Although last year it connected but not now , with a new APEX account.

I am only trying to use one computer at a time.

Any insight as to why the laptop computer will not connect to Rithmic?

I just did a fresh install & then updated Sierra Chart.

Went back to the desktop computer and CAN log in to Rithmic/Apex & TETON and AMP, but still have the problem on the laptop computer.

This is not a Rithmic connection error. This error message is from the Teton order routing system. It was due to some maintenance being done earlier today.
