I am trying to set up the real-time feed in my Sierra Chart account. I am not quite clear yet, if I need to have a paid Denali Data Feed Exchange, or if a simple Data Feed für CME is already included in the Sierra Chart Service Package 11 in order to get the real-time feed. I have upgraded to the Sierra Chart Service Package 11 (from Package 5) yesterday, but still get delayed data in my Sierra Chart. Do I have to wait a few days until activation?
I have already a real-time feed through Teton for my Sierra Chart.
It would be great to get some feedback / advise on this.

Teton is our Order Routing service. Denali is our data service. And separately there are our packages. Each of these is a separate item that needs to be setup individually.

Therefore, when you are on Package 11, you have the ability to use the Denali data, but you still need to setup the data and eventually activate (and pay for) the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. And if you are using our Teton Order Routing, then you must use the data from our Denali feed, as there is no other data available (such as from Rithmic).

What you are missing at this time is the setup for the Denali feed. For the CME Group, follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
