Hello . I hope you are well. Why should we have data difference between teton and SC? Many candles are different! Which data is more accurate? |

If you are referring to the "Current Selected Service" being set to "Teton CME Order Routing" and "SC Data - All Services" and you are using the same Chartbooks in the same installation, then the data is exactly the same and you should not be seeing any differences. If you have different installations, then if you are seeing differences then this would be due to chart settings being set differently. I did not understand what the problem was. I did not change any settings. I just put it on sc before and now I put it on teton. After checking the data with one of my friends (who put it on SC), we realized that some candles are different.

If you are comparing charts with another person, then you need to ensure that the Chart Settings are the same for the items that can affect the display of the bars (of which, there are a lot). You would need to go through the Chart Settings and see what is different. The other option is to share a Chartbook between you so you can both have the same chart settings and see if things are different. Refer to the following: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Sharing a Chartbook with Another User or Copying it to Another Installation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
